Blank 5x7” folded card printed in the U.S. on 120lb uncoated paper, white envelope. Airbrush artist Ellen Kuzdro made this 1980s shaded relief for R. R. Donnelley and Sons Cartographic Services.
Airbrush and pencil artists used to turn topographic maps into 3-foot-wide colorful territories. Satellite altimetry + computers became much cheaper than hiring a commercial artist, and now nobody does that.
